We started this website to help people quickly find the information they needed to take care of their kitties. The more we’ve studied cats the more we’re amazed by them. They domesticated themselves, so they made it a point to choose people. We feel it’s our responsibility to live up to the trust they showed in us by providing a resource for their keepers.
The feature picture is of my 17-year-old calico, Miss Poppins. We found her in an animal shelter when she was a kitten. She’s still as feisty as ever.
You may recognize Dave on the left as the star of the home page. His faithful friend and grappling buddy is Art. Dave was a stray kitten found by a dear friend. And Art came to us from an animal shelter. Dave and Art are also feline blood donors at a local animal hospital.
It wasn’t planned for Dave to be in this photo…he photo bombed us at the last second.
